The Morley Soda Building by Le Fevre Group
This boutique heritage building was originally built in the 1800’s and restored as an exclusive 9 unit condominium complex in 2009 by the established development company Le Fevre Group, who specialize in heritage rebuild projects. The units feature original exposed brick walls, 15ft loft ceilings and in suite laundry. Additionally, there is a common, private courtyard for owners to enjoy.
