Short Term rental/airbnb highlights
Victoria's Chinatown is the second oldest in North American and is a popular spot for tourists to visit. As such, it a great place to have an Airbnb investment property! Exposed brick is the theme throughout the units, a popular draw for travellers, but parking is at a premium, and units do not come with parking spots. This doesn't seem to be an issue as Victoria is such a walkable city. Nightly rates can top out at $300 per night in the summer months and dip to $100 per night in the slower months. Annual gross revenue can be expect to be between $40,000-$45,000 per year for a one bedroom unit.
