Originally built in the 1880's and recently restored in 2011, The Oriental consists of 35 studio and 1 bedroom loft style condominiums. The original exposed brick was restored, and adds to the beauty of these units.

Located in the heart of downtown Victoria, The Oriental is a sought after building when it comes to tourists and travellers seeking out a funky historic vibe for their short term stays. The tall ceilings and exposed brick walls are all you need to see rates upwards of $300 per night in the summer months. Few, if any, units come with parking spots, but this doesn't seem to detract from bookings, as downtown Victoria is such a walkable city!
