Building Overview

Built in 2009, The Falls consists of two towers, 707 Courtney Street and 708 Burdett Street, totallying 155 units between the two. The building is known for its high end finishings and great building amenities. These amenities include a communal outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a gym and lounge area. Every unit is air conditioned and finished with luxury in mind; gas range stoves, granite countertops and spa inspired bathrooms to name a few.

The Falls is one of the more well known buildings that allow short-term rentals in Victoria. It is estimated that 40% of the units are being rented as an airbnb or furnished executive rental.
